UAE e-invoicing · independent guidance · implementation

E-invoicing, sorted.
Then automated.

In short: UAE businesses must issue B2B and B2G invoices as structured e-invoices sent through a Ministry of Finance-accredited service provider. Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more go live on 1 January 2027; all other VAT-registered businesses on 1 July 2027. E-Invoicing UAE tells you your dates, helps you choose a provider and connects your system — and we are not a provider ourselves, so the advice has no commission behind it.

Four things every UAE business has to get right

  1. 01

    Know your date

Your revenue band sets two dates: when you must appoint an Accredited Service Provider, and when every B2B and B2G invoice must go out as an e-invoice.

  2. 02

    Pick the right ASP

Only a Ministry of Finance-accredited provider can carry your invoices on the Peppol network. Choosing one is a contract you will live with, not a software download.

  3. 03

    Connect your system

Your accounting or ERP system has to produce PINT AE data your ASP accepts — and handle the rejections, credit notes and status messages that come back.

  4. 04

    Automate what follows

Once invoices arrive as structured data, the manual work around them can go: capture, matching, exceptions, follow-up. That is where compliance starts paying for itself.

Beyond compliance

The mandate makes your invoices machine-readable. Use that.

From go-live, the invoices your suppliers send you arrive through your ASP as structured PINT AE data, not PDFs. That removes the hardest part of accounts-payable automation — reading the document — for every in-scope supplier.

We engineer agentic AI workflows on the FlowFirst platform that take it from there: matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts, routing exceptions to the right approver, chasing overdue receivables, and reconciling ASP status messages against your ledger — with a person approving anything that moves money.

We're not an ASP — so we'll tell you which one fits.

Most UAE e-invoicing guides are written by providers selling their own platform. E-Invoicing UAE is operated by SHORIQ TECH LLC, a technology engineering company licensed in Shams, Sharjah. We help you choose an accredited provider and connect to it. We are not a tax advisor either: where a question is about your tax position, we say so and point you to one.

  • Every regulatory claim links to the official Ministry of Finance source — see our sources.
  • Deadline copy is date-keyed and rebuilt nightly, so it is correct on the day you read it.
  • No ASP pays us to appear on this site.
